The Committee of Emergency decides to give the quality of «Provisionnal Member» of the N.F.-Board, for the 2 following Football Associations:

- FA Ile de Yap/ Yap Island FA (Océanie/ Oceania), classée 92ème au Roon Ba World Ranking du 29 Juillet 2007.
- FA de Wallonie/ Wallonia FA (Europe/ Europa), nouvelle Fédération crée et enregistrée en Juin 2007.
